What Inner Wisdom Are You Ignoring Right Now?

Alki Beach, Seattle WA

You are a visionary – you see something that doesn’t yet exist in the physical world – and you want to make it real. But the path from here to there is often more challenging and confusing than you imagined.

Maybe you’re daunted by the task of realizing your dream and having a hard time getting started. Maybe you’ve been at it for a while and just want to quit. Either way, you feel stuck: unable to quiet the desire in your soul, but unable to realize it at the same time.

The truth is – you know what to do.

You’re just not listening to your own inner wisdom.

In my experience, 3 of the most common intuitive messages people seem to ignore are:

1)      Take a break. Great progress rarely occurs in a straight line. When you’re stuck, something else may need your attention: something that, in an unexpected way, will get you closer to where you want to be.

2)      Take a risk. Getting out of your safety zone can feel like suicide, but more often than not, it’s the key to being revitalized.

3)      Take a walk. The natural world provides so much opportunity for insight, healing and relaxation, but too often we forget the value of simply getting outside.

What messages have you been ignoring lately?

And what would happen if you listened to your own inner wisdom?
