Our family motto has become "This is going really well" and we not only have a sign that says so on our kitchen wall, Brian made himself a t-shirt as well.

Though I’m known primarily as an “intuitive” consultant, much of my work with clients reflects a combination of spiritual and transformational teachings that have less to do with “intuitive” knowing and more to do with the implementation of sustained practices.

One such practice I advocate is the creation of physical structures and sign-posts that empower and enable my clients to experience and express their higher selves.

There are many occasions in life when we feel we know who we are on the inside, and yet do not see this self reflected in our external lives. When I find myself in this predicament, I ask:

What physical element can I put into place that will have my external world more accurately reflect who I am inside and who I long to be?

This has been a recurring topic in my Monday afternoon Mastermind Group and answers have ranged from loading new music onto  iTunes to raise the vibration,  to new shoes that will make walking easier, to putting a beautiful flowerpot in the front yard as a reminder of abundance.

In my case, the recent purchase of an essential oil diffuser has upgraded my work and living space significantly. I love being surrounded by beautiful scents but, for a long time, this was a pleasure I denied myself. Burning, and now diffusing, essential oils is one of the things I do to make myself feel good every single day. Depending on the moment, the scent of my oils can make me feel energetic, calm or inspired.

What missing element could you add to your surroundings that would inspire and uplift you – giving you more of the life you long for?
